I don't think I've said it recently... I LOVE book club! Every time we meet, we have such a great time. We also seem to end up having amazing food themes.

This month's book club was a Mexican Fiesta courtesy of our own "Gloria" of Modern Family fame. Our "Gloria" also hails from Columbia and is married to a North American. Other similarities include gorgeousness, strong accent (which becomes stronger the more we all laugh), outgoing and the warmth of a Latin woman. She kept us in stitches by her & her family's antics as we nibbled on delicious shrimp ceviche, tortilla soup, DIY tacos (soft and/or hard) as well as Mexican dessert.
At some point, I promise to add recipes to some of the dishes that we've been eating.
